These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tridentroofingllc.com (the “Site”) and our text-messaging program. By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. These Terms do not replace any written contract you sign with us for roofing or exterior work; that contract controls the work itself.
The Site describes our services and lets you request inspections and estimates. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Content on the Site, including text, photos, and logos, belongs to Trident Roofing LLC or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
A free roof inspection is a visual assessment offered at no charge and no obligation. Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection and on the information you provide; final pricing, scope, materials, and warranty terms are set out in a written agreement that both parties sign. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to perform work at a particular price.
When we assist with an insurance claim, we document damage and prepare estimates for your carrier at your request. We are not your insurance company, adjuster, or public adjuster, and we cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved or the amount your carrier will pay. Coverage decisions are made by your insurer under your policy.
Financing is offered through Enhancify, an independent financing marketplace that connects homeowners with lending partners. Enhancify and its lenders are not affiliated with Trident Roofing LLC, and we do not make credit decisions, set rates or terms, or receive your credit application. Approval, terms, and fees are determined solely by the lender. Any statements about “soft pulls,” approval speed, or rates on the Site are general descriptions of Enhancify’s program and are subject to the lender’s actual terms.
Program description. Trident Roofing LLC sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, inspection and estimate updates, project and scheduling notices, follow-ups on your request, and, where you have agreed, occasional promotional offers.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box on a form on our Site, by texting us first, by replying to a message from us, or by giving us your mobile number and asking to be texted. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Trident Roofing LLC at the number provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and request.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message. You can also opt out by calling (210) 245-9353 or emailing Office@Tridentroofingllc.com.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; availability may vary.
Changes. We may change or end the program at any time. If you change your mobile number, please let us know or opt out from the old number.
If you submit a review or agree to be featured, you give us permission to display your first name, city, and comments (and, with your separate permission, photos of your project) on the Site and in our marketing. You may withdraw permission at any time by contacting us, and we will remove the content within a reasonable time.
The Site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trident Roofing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the text-messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits the warranties or remedies in a signed work agreement or rights you have under Texas law that cannot be waived.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
