Effective date: September 7, 2026

Trident Roofing LLC (“Trident Roofing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a locally owned roofing and exterior contractor serving San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit tridentroofingllc.com (the “Site”), request an inspection or estimate, or become a customer; how we use and share it; and the choices you have. By using the Site or providing information to us, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you give us directly, including when you:

  • Request a free roof inspection, estimate, or service through our online forms, by phone, text, or email: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you are interested in, and any details you share about your roof or project.
  • Become a customer: contract and billing details, payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), warranty registration details, and your communications with our team.
  • Work with us on an insurance claim: your insurance carrier, policy and claim numbers, adjuster contact information, and claim documents you share with us.
  • Ask about financing: your name, contact information, and estimated project amount, which we use to send you a link to our financing partner, Enhancify (see Section 6). Credit applications are completed directly with Enhancify and its lending partners under their own privacy policies. We do not collect or store your Social Security number, income details, or credit report.
  • Leave a review, testimonial, or referral, or contact us for any other reason.

2. Information We Collect During Inspections and Projects

To assess and service your roof we may collect photographs and video of your roof and exterior, aerial or satellite imagery and measurement reports (for example, from roof-measurement services), inspection notes, and material and scope details. This information is tied to your property address and is used to prepare your estimate, insurance documentation, and work orders. We will ask for your permission before using photos of your home in marketing, and we will not show your name, address, or house number in marketing without your consent.

3. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this through server logs, cookies, and the analytics tools described in Section 7. This helps us understand how the Site is used, keep it secure, and improve it.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry, schedule inspections and appointments, and prepare estimates.
  • Perform and manage roofing, gutter, siding, and painting services, including permits, materials, crews, and warranties.
  • Communicate with you by phone, text message, and email about your request, appointments, project status, invoices, and warranty matters.
  • Assist with insurance claims and financing at your request.
  • Send occasional service reminders, seasonal maintenance tips, and promotions, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • Draft and organize estimates, correspondence, and project documentation, including with the help of the AI tools described in Section 8.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site and our services, and understand which marketing brings customers to us.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

If a call with us is recorded for training or quality purposes, we will tell you at the start of the call.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Consent. When you check the consent box on one of our forms, text us first, reply to a text from us, or otherwise give us your mobile number and ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Trident Roofing LLC at that number. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, inspection and estimate updates, project and scheduling notices, follow-ups on your request, and, if you have agreed, occasional promotional offers. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies depending on your project and request. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (210) 245-9353 or Office@Tridentroofingllc.com.

No sharing of mobile opt-in data. Your phone number and text-messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are shared only with the platform providers that deliver our messages, and only for that purpose.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service at tridentroofingllc.com/terms.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only in the following situations:

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management and roof-measurement software (Roofr), phone and text-messaging services (Google Voice and our wireless carrier), email providers, website hosting, our invoicing and payment processor (Intuit QuickBooks), and the AI assistants described in Section 8. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Material suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors as needed to complete your project, register manufacturer warranties, and coordinate deliveries and crews.
  • Insurance carriers and adjusters, when you ask us to assist with a claim, including sharing inspection photos, measurements, and estimates.
  • Enhancify (financing). If you ask about financing, we may share your name, contact information, and estimated project amount with Enhancify, a financing marketplace that connects homeowners with its network of lending partners. Enhancify is not a lender and does not make credit decisions; the lenders in its network generally begin with a soft credit inquiry that does not affect your score. Any application you submit is governed by Enhancify’s privacy policy (enhancify.com) and the privacy policy of the lender you choose. Enhancify may tell us whether you were pre-qualified and the approved amount so we can finalize your project.
  • Analytics and advertising partners described in Section 7, which receive technical and usage data through cookies and similar tools.
  • Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, subpoena, permit authority, or court order; to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others; or to investigate fraud.
  • Business transfers. If Trident Roofing is sold, merged, or reorganized, customer information may be transferred to the new owner, who will remain bound by this policy.
  • With your consent, such as when you agree to let us use a photo of your completed project or a review in our marketing.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (small files stored on your device) to make the Site work, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. We use:

  • Google Analytics, which collects usage data to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Advertising tags. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our advertising works and to show you ads for our services on other websites and social media based on your visit to the Site.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some Site features may not work properly if you do. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, and adjust Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no common standard exists.

8. Use of AI Tools

Like many businesses, we use AI assistants (currently Anthropic’s Claude and OpenAI’s ChatGPT) to help our team draft estimates, letters, and emails, summarize inspection notes, and organize project information. When we do this, limited customer information such as your name, property address, project details, and our correspondence with you may be processed by these tools. We use business or paid accounts configured so that our data is not used to train the providers’ AI models, we do not enter payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or financing application details into these tools, and we review AI-generated content before it is sent to you. These providers act as our service providers and may use the information only to provide the service to us. Decisions about your project, pricing, and insurance claims are made by our team, not by an AI system.

9. How Long We Keep Information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above:

  • Inquiries that do not become projects: generally up to three years from your last contact with us, so we can follow up on your request and respond to future inquiries.
  • Customer and project records: for the length of your workmanship warranty plus the period required by Texas law for contract, tax, and insurance records (typically four to seven years after project completion).
  • Text-message consent records: for as long as you are subscribed plus at least four years, so we can prove consent if required.
  • AI tool conversations: deleted from our AI accounts on a regular schedule and not retained longer than the project record they relate to.
  • Website analytics data: according to our analytics provider’s retention settings, currently up to 14 months for Google Analytics.

We may keep information longer where required by law, to resolve a dispute, or to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

10. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Regardless of where you live, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we hold personal information about you and receive a copy of it.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep for legal, warranty, or accounting reasons.
  • Receive a portable copy of information you provided to us.
  • Opt out of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link in any email), marketing texts (reply STOP), marketing calls (tell us or email Office@Tridentroofingllc.com), and interest-based advertising (Section 7).

To make a request, email Office@Tridentroofingllc.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line, or call (210) 245-9353. We may ask you to verify your identity, for example by confirming details of your request or project. We will respond within 45 days and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may appeal by replying to it; if we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to contact the Texas Attorney General.

11. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including password-protected and multi-factor-authenticated business systems, limited staff access, encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site, and reputable third-party providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a data breach affecting your sensitive personal information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Site and our services are intended for adults and homeowners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Links and Changes to This Policy

The Site may link to third-party websites, such as Enhancify, manufacturer warranty pages, and review platforms. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy here with a new effective date and, if the changes are significant, note the change on the Site or notify current customers by email.
