About Trident Roofing

Trident Roofing was founded in 2023 with one goal: give San Antonio homeowners a roofing contractor they can actually trust. Our team combines years of hands-on roofing experience with a philosophy that’s embarrassingly rare in this industry — tell people the truth, do the work right, and be reachable after the check clears.

Meet the Owner: Kaleb Parks

When Kaleb Parks started Trident Roofing in 2023, he named it after a principle, not a product. A trident has three points — and to him, that’s exactly what a roofing business should stand on: the team, the community, and the customer. If a decision isn’t good for all three, it’s not the right decision. That’s the filter everything runs through.

Kaleb didn’t come to roofing as an outsider learning the ropes. He got his start in the industry in January 2020, was promoted to sales manager within a year, and stepped into a director role by 2022 — building a track record in sales and sales leadership before ever starting his own company. He’s also invested heavily in becoming better at the craft, training under respected voices in sales and negotiation like Roof Strategist, Contractor Coach Pro, Roof Insights, Grant Cardone, Brad Lea, Jeremy Miner, and Chris Voss.

Now he’s channeling all of that experience into building Trident into a company doing right by everyone it touches. Outside of work, Kaleb is grounded by his faith and his family — his wife and daughter are a big part of why he does what he does, and why he’s built the business the way he has.

Why We Started Trident

Anyone who’s owned a home through a San Antonio hail season knows the drill: the storm passes, and the door-knockers descend. High-pressure pitches, deductible games, crews from three states away, and phone numbers that stop working by Christmas. We started Trident to be the opposite of that — local, licensed, insured, and accountable to the same community we live in.

Trident Roofing is an Atlas PRO+™ Silver Level contractor, certified by Atlas Roofing Corporation for installing Atlas Signature Select® roofing systems and Atlas shingles with Scotchgard™ Protector. Silver Level is earned by completing the required number of qualifying system installations to Atlas specification — it isn’t something a contractor can simply buy. Trident Roofing LLC is also fully licensed and insured in Texas, with general liability coverage on every job.
